FROZEN LAMB MARKET
CHILLED BEEF EASIER
The tendency of the. frozen lamb market in London is firmer, with a general advance in prices, according to the weekly cable received by the New Zealand Meat Producers' Board. Consumption continues to be excellent. Wethers are steady on the short supplies. Prices for ewes are unchanged, but trade is slow. Frozen beef quotations are nominal, owing to short spot stocks. Chilled beef is again easier on the heavy supplies. New Zealand porker pigs are steady, with prices unchanged. Baconers are firmer on the short spot stocks.
