FORMER AMERICAN CITIZEN
MOSCOW, April 6.
Albert Melville Troyer, an elderly American horticulturist who came to Russia to assist the fruit industry and became a Soviet official, has been sentenced to ten years' imprisonment on a charge of sabotage.
