Mr.' C.: W, prane, of 124 Nelson Street, Petone, a machinist, crushed his finger in-a machine at the f&ctbry of New Zealand Slippers, Ltd., Lfjwer Hutt, at 8.55 a.m.: today. The ' Free Ambulance took him'to hospital.
' A, child aged about 10, Una Rogers, of 19 Tyne Street, Island Bay, fell at the Island Bay School at 12.15 p.m. today, and received a suspected fracture of her right arim She was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance.
