BOTH LEGS AMPUTATED

CAPE TOWN, April 7.
Sir Abe Bailey, one of the principal Transvaal mine owners, who had one of his legs amputated in July last year owing to phlebitis, has now lost the other leg.
Phlebitis is inflammation of the walls of the veins.
