APPEAL TO ENGINEERS
SUPPLIES TO SPAIN

LONDON, April 8.
The executive council of the Amalgamated Engineering Union has issued a manifesto to its members appealing to them to work overtime in order to provide goods for immediate dispatch to Spain. "We call on you to give up some of your leisure," it states. "The Spanish workers will not be the last to be al> tacked. We too must look to the future."
