LONDON, April 6,
Mr. Montagu Norma.n, for the nineteenth successive year, has been re-
elected governor of the Bank of England.
Mr. Montagu Norman, who is now 67 years of age, has been Governor of the Bank of England since 1920. It is not generally known that he served in the South African Wai% and won mention in dispatches, the Queen's Medal with four clasps and the D.S.O.
