FRUIT JUICES FOR EXPORT.
Interest is being taken by London merchants in the practical experiments to be carried out in New Zealand, states "The Post's" London correspondent, with regard to unf ermented fruit juices. There is, it is believed, a possibility that this branch of the fruit industry may develop materially in the near future. Last year Germany consumed 40,000,000 gallons of unfermented fruit juices and sections of the population showed a preference, for them to wine and beer.
