W.E.A. APPOINTMENTS

Mr. A. C. Barrington, F.C.S. (N;Z.), has been appointed W.E.A. secretary in Wellington in place of Mrs. E. Maslen, who will continue .to have charge of the W.E.A. library. Mr. G. J. Garner, M.A., of Christchurch, has accepted the position of tutor-organiser for the city and suburbs, arid for the southern portions cf ' the Mariawatu and Wairarapa districts, as well as Nelson and Marlborough. His headquarterslwill be in Wellington. Mr. A. S. Hely, of Auckland, has replaced Mr. P. Martin-Smith at Palmerston North, and" will have charge of the W;E.A. in the Hawke's Bay and Taranakl districts and the Northern Wairarapa and Manawatu areas.
