MOTORIST FINED

MASTERTON, March 28.
A charge of intoxication while in charge of a motor-car in Queen Street, Masterton, on March 24 was preferred against Leonard. Patrick Mills, labourer, of Masterton, when he appeared in the Magistrate's Court today, before Mr. H. P. Lawry, S.M. The Magistrate fined the accused £15, his driver's licence was cancelled and endorsed, and he was prohibited from obtaining another licence until June 1, 1939.
