DOMINION RUBBER DIVIDEND.
At a meeting of directors of the Dominion Rubber Company, Ltd., Dunedin, a final diyidend at fflae rate of 3 per cent., making 8 per cent, for the year, was declared. The dividend will be payable on April 8. Lajst year the company's distribution was at the rate of 6 per cent. The annual report of the Dominion Rubber Company states that the profit for the year, after providing for depreciation and income tax. is £5591 5s 7d, to which has to be added £610 16s 6d carried forward from last year. The interim dividend, at the rate of 5 per cent.,; paid on September 1 last, accounted, for £2500. A sum of £500 has been -placed (o the general reserve and a further £500 to the replanting reserve; leaving £1202 2s Id to be carried forward, ■
