Novice Stakes, £100; 6 furlongs.—3-3 Lisnacree, 8.8 (G. Watson), 1; 2-2 Atalanta Lass, 8.8 (R. J. Mackie), 2; 1-1 Mazamarch, 8.8 (A. E. Ellis), 3. Also started: Bahama Maid, Sheeny, Donroy, Master Dingle. Head; four lengths. Time, lmin 14 3-ssec.
Pukeuri Highweight Handicap, £130; 1 mile.—6-6 Poniard, 10.2 (R. J. Mackie), 1; 2-3 Bright Prospect, 9 3 (J. Murfitt), 2; 7-7 Balmenter, 9.13 (G. Ridgway), 3. Scr.: Rabble. Half a head; two lengths. Time, lmm 40 2-ssec.
