A fuller report of Dr. Schuschnigg'* speech shows that he denied rumours of a change in Italian-Austrian relations. Signor Mussolini had always shown complete understanding and sympathy with Austria and had always meticulously refrained from any interference in Austrian domestic affairs,
he said.
