PARIS, February 12.
French Secret Service agents, posing as agents of General Franco, prevented an important illicit arms deal. They ' summoned the prospective buyer to a cafe ;near a secret store of thousands of rifles, machine-guns, grenades, and other munitions. The buyer wrote a cheque for £320,000 and then discovered himself handcuffed to the man to whom he was handing it Two others were also arrested.
