STORM OFF NORTH GERMANY
BERLIN, February 12.
Responding to an SOS during a storm on the coast of north Germany, the cruiser Deutschland was unable to reach the French steamer Baoul, which was wrecked on Juist Island. No livesvwere lost.
The four-masted barque Padua grounded near Hamburg. Several ships in coastal ports broke their moorings and were damaged.-
