The Government insists on the solution of the disappearance of M. Butenko, secretary of the Soviet Legation at Bucharest, and resents the reported passivity of the Rumanian auth-
orities to face what Russia regards as a crime provoked by the Iron Guard.
EXPULSIONS OF FOREIGNERS
(Received February 14, 1 p.m.) BUCHAREST, February 13. Two hundred and fifty-four foreign^ ers, including an Englishman named Charles Farmer, have been expelled from Rumania in the past week.
