MOVE AT OTTAWA
NO APPEAL TO PRIVY COUNCIL
OTTAWA, February 11. ' A resolution seeking to abolish the right of appeal to the Privy Council was moved by Mr. C. H. Cahan, a Conservative' member of the House of Commons, on the ground that the Statute of Westminster completes Canadian sovereignty, and that a final decision by the Supreme Court of Canada is incontestable.
