Hosking's promising five-year-old gelding Chili Bean, who followed up a second to Policy on the opening day of the Wellington trots last week by comfortably winning on the final day. Chili Bean is a half-brother by Jack Potts to Sir Guy and Guy Junior, and at Hutt Park-he was making his first appearance in the colours of Ids present owner and from the stable of F. J. Smith.
