Results:— Pohutu Highweight Handicap, £185; 1 mile and 130 yards—9-9 Floodlight, 9.0 (Stewart), 1; 1-1 British Banner, 9.11 (Savage), 2; 12-11 Raccwhip, 9.0 (T. Ferguson), 3. Scr.: School Song; Innes Lad. Half a length; neck. ! Time, lmin 54 3-ssec. Waimangu Stakes, £160; 6 furlongs and 30 yards.—6-7 Tralee Rose, 8.12 (Cameron), 1; 1-2 Prival, 9.1 (Clifford), 2; 4-5 Aynho, 8.2 (Keesing), 3. Also started: School Song, Tementi, Galloping Acre, Spearford, Town Section. Half a head, length and a half. Time, lmin 19sec.
