PUBLIC WORKS METHODS
On Thursday evening next, at the Capitol Theatre, Miramar, the Hon. R. Semple, Minister of Public Works, will deliver a public address, which will be supported by a film depicting modern methods of works organisation and construction on the major public works of New Zealand. Bulldozers, carry-all scoops, and scrapers, dredges, power shovels, etc., all in operation on various railway, aerodrome, and irrigation schemes, are shown in the many varied and interesting scenes.
