The death occurred in England on January 9. of Lieut. A. E. Lark, R.N., retired, .of Peverell, Plymouth, father of the Hon. F. E. Lark, M.L.C.,1 of Auckland, states a Press Association telegram from Auckland. Lieut. Lark was formerly' divisional coastguard officer at Torquay,' and was active in the Ancient Order of Foresters and the Masonic Order.
