RECOMMENDATION AT GENEVA

Russia, and China have reached an agreement on ihe terms of a resolution to be circulated to the members of the League Council tomorrow. It draws the serious attention of the Council to the terms of the October resolution branding Japan as the aggressor in China, and recommends that the Council consider the "feasibility" of aiding China. The word "feasibility" was substituted for "possibility" after a long debate. ,
