Russia advised Great Britain that she must close the British Consulate at Leningrad within two months. This was announced as part of a policy to apply to all countries, and under which Russia had decided that the number of any country's consulates in Hussia must be the same as Russia's consulates in that country. At present Russia has one in England, but England has had consulates at Leningrad and Moscow.
