GERMAN MEASURES
BRITON'S INSPECTION

RUGBY, January 24.
Mr. Geoffrey Lloyd, Parliamentary Under-Secretary at the Home Office, who has been inspecting Germany's airraid precautionary measures, has left Berlin for Paris.
Before leaving, he expressed appreciation of the courteous reception given to him by German Ministers and. officials, who freely displayed the measures undertaken there.
He will continue his inspection of air-raid precautions in, France. .
