The track was in good order and the attendance large. Results: — Hikutaia Handicap Hurdles, £150; 15 miles. —1-2 Mungaqre, (H. Turvey), 1; 2-1 Siwell (Carmont), 2; 4-4 Ga.acyne (Muir), 3. Also started: 3-3 Belbroney, 6-6 Seven Seas, 5-5 Dombey. Two and a half lengths; half a length, Time, 3min 20sec. Kopu Handicap, £130; 6 furlongs.— 3-3 Romani, 8.7 (T. Green), 1; 1-2 Prival, 8.13 (A. Murray), 2; 10-7 Free Advice, 8.12 (L. Dulieu), 3. Scr.: Aynho, Head; neck. Time, lmin 18 l-ssec. Parawai Handicap, £200; 6 furlongs, 3-2 Tosh, 8.8 (Fergus), 1; 1-1 Orate, 8.9 (Clifford), 2; 2-3 Gay Seton, 7.11 (H. Dowrick), 3. Scr.:" Palustre, Johnny Walls, Friskland.
