MURDER CHARGE
DEATH OF TWO ITALIANS
(Received January 24, 2.55 p.m.)" LONDON, January 23. The Paris correspondent of."Th»; Times" states that Jakubiez and Bouvier were charged with the murder of the Roselli brothers. M. Dormoy stated on January 12 that the Surete Nationale . was convinced that the Cagoulards had been responsible for the murder^ of the Rosell brothers. He added that men name# Piuueaux, Jakubez, and Bouvier ha# been arrested and another named Far liol was wanted. The bodies of twt Italian brothers named Roselli, one c/ them an anti-Fascist and an exile, werf found in a wood near Bagnolles (Orna on June 11, 1937. One had been kilt ed by a revolver shot, the other haf been stabbed.. About three miles awa4 the police found an empty motor-caj cevered with bloodstains and contain* ing a large, crudely-made bomb cr the jam-tin type, of which the fus* had been lit but failed to keep burn« ing. - ' ( .
