HOME TRADE STRONG DEMAND

A fairly good selection was submitted, and met with a strong demand! from the home trade, which, despite j Continental competition, secured the; bulk at firm rates.
New Zealand greasy crossbred, "Owetea," sold at I2.{d to 12Jd; scoured crossbred lambs, "Napier," 15d to 17id.
