ROUSING WELCOME
IRISH MINISTERS AT KINGSTOWN
(Received January 21, 3 p.m.) LONDON, January 20. . Mr. de Valera and his colleagues received a rousing welcome at Kingstown. Crowds swarmed on the pierhead waving tricolours and shouting, "Good old Dev." and "up with the Republic."
The Ministers reached their cars with difficulty.
