"Sport arid General" Photo. John Amos, a carpenter 69 years of age, made the-.gift of one of his eyes to Frank Chabina, an 18-year-old farmhand .who had the sight of an, eye .destroyed by lime dust. Part of the cornea Hvas grafted into,the damaged eye. The operation was successfully carried out and'the-eye of:the lad saved.
