JAPAN'S SINCERITY

In. an editorial in the "Nichi Nichi Shimbun," English and American people are entreated to show magnanimity and appreciate the sincere feelings of the Japanese. The editorial adds: "There is arising a tide of sincere and sympathetic feeling on the part of the Japanese people with the foreign Powers in connection with the unfortunate incidents."
