CARBONIC ICE DIVIDEND.
.The annual report of Carbonic Ice, Ltd., Christchurch, stated.that sale's of CO2 for the last financial trading year had shown a very satisfactory increase. There had been very little movement in the dry ice trade, and it was not possible to forecast profitable results from this branch of the business. The directors recommended that the goodwill account be reduced by the writ-ing-off of £1300, that £510 be written off the freehold properties at Christchurch and Whitecliffs, and that a dividend of' 6 per cent, (an increase of 1 per cent.) for the year be paid upon the issued capital of the company, all of which was fully paid.
