RUMOURS QUELLED
FIGHT TO FINISH
MADRID, November 13.
Senor Juan ■ Negrin, Prime Minister of Spain, has quelled rumours of an armistice.
He said in a statement: "The Government refuses to consider any attempt at negotiation to end the war, which will only be terminated by the unconditional surrender of the insurgents."
