UPPER HOUSE REFORM
THE VICTORIAN BILL
MEMBERS' AMENDMENTS
(Received November 19, 9 a.m.)
MELBOURNE, This Day,

The Premier, Mr. A, A. Dunstan, stated later that by inserting ludicrous amendments the Council was definitely refusing to accept the will of the people as expressed at the recent election.
