ASSEMBLY CONCLUDES

AUCKLAND, November 18. After a session which began on Wednesday of last week, the annual Presbyterian General Assembly concluded its proceedings today.
New.titles .for .the moderator and past moderators of the General Assembly were agreed upon. It was resolved that the moderator in office should have the-"Right Reverend" prefixed to his name instead of merely the "Reverend" as formerly. Past moderators will ;be known as- the "Very Reverend."' The newly-appoint-ed moderator, who*will remain in office until the General Assembly in November, 1938,.is the Rt. Rev. W. H. Howes, Otautau, Southland.
