SOVIET CHAMPION
LITVINOV EXTOLLED
(Received November 19, 2,45 p.m.)
LONDON, November 18.
The Riga correspondent of "The Times" says that apparently in direct refutation of the reports from abroad concerning Litvinov's future, after hurrying to Moscow from Brussels he was given a sort of public ovation at Moscow and Leningrad, being extolled from public platforms as "a worthy champion of the Soviet, to defend which he for many years successfully stood his ground against the whole capitalist world."
