(United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.)
NEW YORK, November 18.
In an exclusive article, the Washington correspondent of the "New York Times" says that, according to official advices, the Brussels Conference will terminate next Monday without a new move unless the situation materially changes in the meantime. The United States considers it is the best policy in the circumstances.
It is understood that the conference will not recommend the Powers to aid China with supplies. The United States certainly does not intend to lead the other Powers in the matter, because she has no legislative warrant for such action,. v and also it js believed that public opinion would not support such a policy.
