Italy voted against Jibe adoption of the resolution, and the three Scandinavian countries abstained from voting. Following up her demand for economic action against Japa/i ( China presented to the Brussels Conference today a four-point plati aimfid- at crippling Japan by concerted international action. The points were:—(l) An embargo on materials useful for war industry; (2) a boycott of Japanese exports; (3) refusal of credits to Japan; (4) a flow of war materials and credits to China.
