SCHOOL JUBILEE
PROFIT FROM CELEBRATIONS
V (By Telegraph.) . (Special to the "Evening Post") BLENHEIM, This Day. Celebrations conducted in connection with the Blenheim School jubilee tt which ex-scholars from all parts of: New Zealand attended, resulted in a profit of £100 2s 6d. This satisfactory position was- disclosed in the balancesheet presented at a meeting.of the. jubilee committee, when it was decided that the committee be disbanded and that all assets and liabilities be handed over to the school committee. Receipts during the week of celebrations amounted to £362 and the total expenditure was £261. Of this an advance of £75 has already been made towards the installation of school wireless equipment.
