AUSTRALIAN YACHT RACE

To sail against English, American, South African, and Australian boats in a race which is being arranged as part of the 150 th anniversary celebrations of Australia next year for the 18ft championship of the world, the Auckland G class yacht Riptide is to ■be taken to Sydney early next year. The Riptide was built in 1935. RESULT OF NEW ZEALAND SKI TEAM'S AUSTRALIAN VISIT. Whilst competing at Kosciusko, a number of the New Zealand skiers were troubled with severe colds and had not shaken them of! properly when returning to New Zealand on the Wanganella.
