(By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.)
(Received November 16, 12.5 pjn.).
LONDON, November .15,
A company operating in the AngloNew Zealand and American-New Zealand fruit trade has contracted forward London sales of 120,350 cases of South Australian apples' and pears to the United Kingdom and to those European countries where the trade is unrestricted. Prices quoted are lower than those of last year, and this, is due to keen competition of excessive North American '-stocks on hand. Negotiations are continuing in all European countries.
