MARTON, This Day.
A Public Works employee, Harry M. Holland, married, residing at Bulls, was killed this morning when he was caught in a fall of debris while working on a level crossing elimination job on Cliff Road, near Marton. A cutting was being made under the railway to take the main highway when suddenly the face fell outwards, trapping Holland,. Death was instantaneous. Three other workers narrowly escaped. The deceased leaves a wife and two children.
