TIN STOCKS SHORTAGE

LONDON, November 2. Leaders in' the tin industry . have been taken completely by surprise at the publication of the tin statistics. Instead of the stocks revealing an ex-i pected increase of 3000 tons they are actually 204 tons lower.
' Deliveries to the United States are only 35 tons below September's exceptionally high figure.
