Cameron tied for first place v in; the men's, competition; and it was not until the competition had been played;off three times that Steel defeated Cameron by 1 stroke. After, the'competitions afternoon tea was served by the ladies in' the^ clubhouse, and minor trophies won during the;yearswere presented by Mrs. P. L. Tulloch, wife of the-patron.,, ;
