MR. OGDEN L. MILLS 1 (Received October 12, 12.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, October 11. The death has occurrcd at the age of 53 years of Mr. Ogden Livingston Mills, who was Secretary of the United States Treasury from February, 1932, to March, 1933.
