i\|tSS BATTEN'S PLANS (Received October 12, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The New Zealand aviatrix Miss Jean. Batten will leave Richmond Aerodrome on Thursday morning for her attempt to create a new record to Engtad. She expects to reach Cloncurry the same night and fly to Danvin on Friday.. She will begin the attempt on the record from Darwin when the weaiher reports are favourable.
