WELLINGTON AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION.
Tonight the annual meeting of the Automobile Association (Wellington) will be held in the Concert Chamber of the Wellington Town Hall. The activities of the association during the year have been covered by the association's annual report, already Issued and published, and a number of important questions are noted for discussion tonight, specially the proposal by the Minister of Justice to introduce legislation amending the Third Party Risks Act under which motorists will •be held liable for personal injuries to any third party regardless of the degree of negligence on the part of the motoi-ist. This proposal has been widely discussed already and the annual meeting of the association will afford opportunity for motorists to discuss it publicly.
