AIRPORT NEWS
The Marlborough Aero Club's Miles Hawk, piloted by Mr. E. Speight with Mr. E. Holdaway as passenger, arrived at Rongotal at 10 a.m. yesterday. The 'plane left again at 1.20 p.m. with* Mr. Holdaway as pilot and with Mr. W. Perkins as passenger. During the morning Mr. H. Edwards went to Blenheim and back with a passenger in the Wellington Club's Whitney Straight. Mr. A. Cohen Of the Wellington Aero Club has been granted an A licence. The Wellington Aero Club's Whitney, Straight, piloted by Mr. H. Edwards, with Mrs. Edwards as passenger, left for Hotorua this morning. Mr. and Mrs. Edwards will return today.
