APPEAL BY MR. PIROW

The Minister for Defence (Mr. O Pirow), in a speech in the German district of Wartburg in Natal, made an appeal for the promotion of a closer German relationship with South Africa and the Empire on a basis of complete equality and a fair solution of the colonial problem.
