(British Official Wireless.) (Received October 9, 1 p.m,) RUGBY, October 8. An Official denial is issued of a statement which appeared in the early edition of a London evening paper that "the British Government is in possession of unimpeachable information , that 15,000 Italian troops have landed at Cadiz." -- ,
