POSSIBILITY OF FASCIST ATTACK (British 1 Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 7. Speaking at, the Labour Party conference at Bournemouth in a debate on the foreign policy declaration, Mr. J. R. Clynes the declaration meant that the next[ Labour Government, given the prei*nt state of the world, would have to [be strongly equipped to defend the cctintry. That was in the interest of the [working classes and the nation as a wfhole. They could not stand idly by j until an actual attack took place. TWey couKl not safely conclude that theqe was no risk of a Fascist State attacking democratic : Britain.
