UNUSUAL COMPENSATION CASE
(By TelecTaP'1 —I'ress Association.)
AUCKLAND, This Day.
The amount of compensation due to a man who, owing to a State action lost considerable wages of management, was discussed when the Road Transport Tribunal continued its sitting this morning. The chairman, Sir Francis Frazer, said that the question introduced new aspects into the case. He did not know any other compensation case where the question of compensation for loss of wages of management had to be considered.
Mr. A. K. North suggested that it was because cases of this sort did not often come under consideration., It had to be remembered that this was a forced sale proceeding.
